Analytical data on each oil includes: (1) high resolution whole oil gas chromatography with detailed light hydrocarbons, (2) complete SARA liquid chromatography, (3) saturate and aromatic GC/MS, (4) saturate and aromatic carbon isotopes, (5) percent sulfur, and (6) API gravity. The total value of this data is $1,145.00 USD per sample. The analytical data are available either in hard copy or on CD Rom. The CD Rom contains a chromatographic viewer that allows for the evaluation of the raw GC, GCMS, and GCMSMS data files.
Baseline Resolution is offering three purchase options for this Kazakhstan oils database: (1) ANY ten oils for $6,000.00 USD ($600.00 per sample); (2) ANY 25 oils for $12,500.00 USD ($500.00 per sample); and (3) all 48 oils for $19,200.00 USD ($400.00 per sample). A special GCMSMS package for age specific molecular indicators is available for an additional $250.00 USD per sample and applies to all three purchase options. Additional analyses not included in the database are available on a custom basis.
Analytical data on the samples selected will be plotted on interpretive geochemical cross plots addressing source rock organic facies and maturity, post generation alteration processes, and if the special GCMSMS package is purchased, age specific indicators of the source rock from which the oils were derived.
